10時に寝て4時に起きるという生活

おはようございます。



今日も東京は暑いですね。



外に出ると目が眩しいほどで、
半袖一枚がちょうどいいくらいに思います。



昨日は１日お休みをいただいておりましたが、
友人と、「今年も残り半分になっちゃったね。」
なんていう話をしておりました。



5月も終わりに近づいてきてもうすぐ梅雨の時期が
はじまりますね。



「時が経つのは早いな」と感じると、いつも決まって焦りを感じて、
「もっと時間を大切にしないとな」と考えたりするのですが、
次の日になるとまたいつものように行動してしまうんですよね。



昨日一緒に食事をした友人はなんと夜は10時に寝て、
朝4時に起きるそうなんです。



仕事が朝早いから、というわけではなく、朝早いほうが
インスピレーションやアイディアが沢山浮かんできて、
考え事をするのにはとてもいいみたいなんです。



そんな早朝から一日がはじまる友人にとって、
一日一日の時間が長く感じられ、毎日が充実しているそうです。



確かに、朝バタバタ慌てて支度をして一日がスタートするよりも、
例えば１時間程余裕を持って起きて、読書するなり、
頭の整理をしたり、アイディアを考えたりする方が
気持ちに余裕が生まれ、時間の流れもゆっくりに感じられそうですよね。



10時に寝て4時に起きるのは真似できなくても、いつもより１時間
早く起きて、朝の時間を有効活用することはできるなと感じました。



明日はたまたま仕事前の早朝に用事があり、朝の5時頃起きなくては
いけないため、外がまだ暗くみんなが寝静まっているなか
起きて一日をスタートさせることがどんなものなのか、
少し味わってみようと思います！

Good morning everyone.


It's very hot today as usual.


T-shirt seems to be like the best choice for the weather like today.


When I met my friend yesterday, we were talking that
this year is only half more to go.


May is almost over and the rainy season is about to start.


Every time I realize that the time goes fast,  I tend to be impatient
and wonder what would be the best way to use time.
But the next day, unfortunately the time goes by as usual.



The friend I had a dinner with yesterday goes to bed
at 10 o'clock at night and gets up at 4 in the morning everyday.



He is doing that not because his work starts early but because
early morning is better for thinking ideas and getting inspirations.



For him whose day starts very early, a day seems a long time
and everyday is complete.



It must be true because getting early and spending time 
by reading, thinking, and arranging ideas would give you room
in your mind and time would go slowly compared to
a day which starts by getting ready in hurry.


Even though it's not easy go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 4,
maybe we can get up one hour earlier than usual.


Since I have to do something very early in the morning tomorrow,
finally I will know how it feels like to get up so early and spend
time while the world is asleep.
