車選びに欠かせないエンジン音

今日はとても暖かい陽気ですね。
このような日は花粉が沢山飛散していると思いますので、
辛い思いをされている方も多いのではないでしょうか。

さて、当店リベラーラは麻布という東京都内でもお洒落なスポットに
お店を構えているということもあり、お店の前は沢山の高級車や
スポーツカーが颯爽と走り抜けていきます。

一段と目立つそのようなお車を見かけるとどうしても
目で追ってしまうものです。

当店に来られるお客様はやはりお車がお好きな方が多いのですが、
みなさんよく次のような質問をされるんです。

「エンジン、どんな音するの？」

私はそれまでエンジンの音などあまり気にしたことがなかったのですが、
あまりに多くのお客様がエンジン音について質問をなさるので、
車というのは見た目や機能性だけでなく、「音」も大事なんだなと
はじめて気づくことができました。

以前、赤いフェラーリを持つ男性とお付き合いしていた知人が、
「トンネルに入った時のフェラーリのエンジン音は好きだったな。」
と言っていました。

彼女もそれほど車に詳しいわけではなく、特に車が好きというわけではないのですが、
その彼女さえもエンジンの音について語っていたのです。

それを聞いた私ははじめて「フェラーリに乗ってみたい！」と強く思ったものです。

Since our store is at Azabu, one of the fashionable spots in Tokyo,
many advanced cars run through in front of us.

When I see those cars, I cannot help but follow them.

Most of our customers love cars and they frequently ask us,
"Tell me about the sound of this engine."

SinceI had never thought about the sound of engine,
I was surprised that many people ask about it.

My friend, who used to date with a guy who had a red ferrari
said to me that "I loved to hear the sound of engine in tunnel."

Although she did not have much interest in car, she too 
realized the sound of engine was great.

What she said made me want to ride a ferrari.

What do you like about cars?
